Packing slip (PDF)

One per order, travelling in the box (§10). No prices (PK-7) — this reaches the customer's receiving door, and money belongs on the QuickBooks invoice that goes to their accounts department.

Shows what was packed, and both quantities where they differ: a short line is the most useful thing on the page for whoever receives it. Every note prints in full (PK-9).

A read, not a write — the office reprints slips.
