/api/packing/dayK1 — the day board
The night's headline for one delivery day: how many orders are left to pack and how far each has got, how many lines are packed / short / pending, and which orders another packer is currently holding.
Line counts run over the whole day, not just the orders left to pack — an order leaves the to-pack set the moment it is confirmed, and a denominator that shrank through the night would read as lost work. Locks older than lockTtlMinutes are filtered out, so a stale lock never blocks the board.
