GET/api/packing/orders/{id}

K4 — one order, as the packer confirms it

The gate screen's data. Not the same as GET /api/orders/{id}, which returns the order as the office sees it. K4 needs the FLOOR's view: the customer's sticky note (a different table entirely), which shelf each line came off, who packed it and when, whether the packer added it, the back-order behind a short line, and who currently holds the order.

All three note levels come back in full (PK-9) — customer, order, and per-line. Nothing is truncated here and the screen must not truncate them either: item-first picking never shows them, which is the whole reason this second pass exists.
